The Monthly Log That Decides Whether Your Site Stays Listable

One month filled in for a hypothetical site, then the decision the numbers force. Buyers see these cells in the drawer. Your log is how you know the cells are still true.

The drawer is a claim about a month you have not lived yet

A buyer opening a listing sees Ahrefs DR, Moz DA, Traffic, Spam Score, Completion, and TAT. The monetize guide prices the article from your ad revenue. This log is the other half: once a month, you write the numbers you can stand behind, and you compare them to the cells. Completion on the shipped rows sits between 97% and 100%. This desk has not audited those figures against a year of orders. Do not treat a 99 in the drawer as something you earned in a study. Treat it as a claim. Your log is the counterclaim if the claim is wrong.

A month filled in, so you can see a decision

The site in this table is hypothetical. It is not one of the masked domains. The point is the last column. Copy the rows, use your analytics property, and let the last column be blunt.

March, hypothetical publisher. Listed traffic cell: 40,000. Listed TAT: 3 days. Listed top country: US majority.
LineWhat the month showedDecision
Organic visits, same property22,000, down from 38,000 in JanuaryAsk for the traffic cell to be corrected before another order. Do not wait for a buyer to screenshot the chart.
Top countryUS share fell from about half to under a thirdPause sales. The listing is advertising a geography you no longer have.
Commercial dofollow hrefs added6 sponsored posts, 2 hrefs eachYou hit the ceiling the rows talk about, on every sponsored day. Next month's cap is one href, and at least half of new posts get zero.
Pages removedOne sponsored URL from November now 404sEmail that buyer today. Silent deletion is how their 12-month clause starts.
Turnaround you hitMedian 6 days, listed as 3Either change the cell to 6 or stop accepting orders you will miss. The buyer's refund clock is the listed TAT plus 48 hours.
Topics refusedTwo casino-adjacent briefs, one essay-millKeep the refusal list. Those niches are already outside the FAQ. A third 'almost' is still a no.

This month's decision is to pull the listing until the traffic cell and the TAT cell match the log. Not to raise the asking price because DR has not caught down yet. DR lags. A buyer who follows the vetting guide will open the chart and see January versus March. Your asking price will not survive that screenshot. The application form's claimed traffic has to be the March number, not the January number you liked.

What a buyer puts next to your row

The public comparison on this blog sets TECH-107 (DR 76, 310,000 visits, guest post $349) beside AI-108 (DR 39, 12,400 visits, guest post $65). Buyers are invited to divide. Your traffic will be read against your price. If you want the higher buyer price, the log has to show the visits. A DR image from a better quarter, pasted into the application, breaks the first time someone opens Ahrefs.

Outbound links are the part the drawer does not show and the three-page check does. Six posts with two commercial hrefs each is a design, not a busy month. Leave ordinary articles in the archive with no sponsor. If you cannot publish a week without a paid href, the buyer who opens three URLs is going to see a catalog. Pulling the listing is cheaper than explaining that archive after the order.

Recheck badges you did not ask to print

If the row says Google News and your articles are not eligible, say so before the next order. A badge in a drawer does not put a sponsored post in a news surface. The same for the spam-score string. You may not know how it was calculated. You do know whether the last ten articles are yours. If the cell and the articles disagree, the cell has to move. Do not discover the disagreement in a refund email.

Mail you send when the cell is wrong

Please pause my listing. Analytics for March shows 22,000 organic visits, not the 40,000 on the row. Median turnaround this month was 6 days, not 3. I also took down the November sponsored URL and have emailed that buyer. I will ask to relist when the cells match this month's log. Please do not send new orders in the meantime.

April's log then has a simple pass: visits, country, href count, removals, turnaround, refusals. If April matches the corrected cells, you ask to be listed again. If April is another drop, you stay off. Two months of 'we'll fix the cell next week' is the listing the buyer screenshots. The pause mail is the artifact. A log that never leaves your notebook does not change the drawer.

FAQ

Can I stay listed while the traffic cell is corrected?

Only if you stop accepting orders in the meantime. A live row with a stale traffic number is the claim the March log just failed. Pause is the decision that matches the table.
